Under 16s can enter the show free of charge, but must still have their own ticket and be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Proof of age will be required on the door.
Carers can enter the show free of charge when supporting an adult with a valid entry ticket. Proof of carer status may be required at the door.

The Event Attendee App
The app has been developed to help you make the most of your visit to FleurEx. Instructions of how to download the app and log in will be sent in your confirmation email once you have booked your entry tickets. The PIN you receive in this email is unique to you and must not be shared. If you are buying tickets for other people, please ensure you enter their valid email address when requested, as this will make sure they receive their log in details.
Refunds & Name Changes:
We'd love for you to be a part of our event, but if your plans change, please note that we're not able to offer refunds within 14 days of the event. Life is full of surprises though, and if someone else will be enjoying the show in your place, just let us know their name at least 48 hours before the event starts, and we'll happily update your ticket details free of charge.
Accommodation Assistance
While we don't offer a hotel package, we'd love to help make your stay as comfy as possible. Please book your hotel accommodation directly with Orchard Hotel, using this link.
Personal Property
All attendees are responsible for their own personal property. Property should not be left unattended at any time. The BFA take no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.
The BFA Promise
We're committed to giving you a fabulous event experience. However, if extraordinary circumstances beyond our control arise - like nature's surprises, unforeseen government directives, or anything that might compromise the safety of our lovely attendees, staff or volunteers - we might have to make tough calls or cancellations. Such events are rare but our focus is on everyone's well-being, and we'll be as accommodating as possible.

The BFA official photographer will endeavour to catch all the important moments, which will be shared online at a later date. Any of the lucky winners who wish to have their own photos taken are welcome to head back up on to the stage to do this once the awards ceremony has ended.
